Everton’s performance was excellent in its home match against Nottingham, where it prevailed 2-0. The first half was a balanced match, but it managed to open the score in the 29th minute of the game. In the second half, it faced enormous pressure from its opponent, but it made it 2-0 in its only chance in the 76th minute and thus sealed the match.

Immediate return to success after the heavy 6-0 defeat to Chelsea. With this victory, they took a breath of five points from the relegation zone and took a huge step towards their survival. Next is a program with key matches against Luton and Sheffield, where they will have the opportunities to secure their survival.

Defenders Patterson (20/0) and Coleman (9/0) are out. Betto (28/3) and Dobbin (11/1) are not available from the attack.

Liverpool did not have a good performance in their away match against Fulham, but they managed to clean up the game and take the win with 3-1. In the first half, they managed to open the scoring with a direct free-kick in the 32nd minute. They did not continue well and in injury time of the first half, they conceded the equalizer for 1-1. In the second half, they came in determined and in the 53rd minute they took the lead again to find a third goal in the 72nd minute for the final score of 3-1.

They remain in pursuit of the top spot. They are three points behind Arsenal with one less match. Against Everton, they only want the three points to catch Arsenal in the standings and hope for a slip-up by Manchester City in one of the two fewer games they have.
